Covenant House Washington
The parent organization of the Artisans Program is Covenant House Washington. CHW was established in 1995 to serve homeless and at-risk youth in the DC Metro area. CHW is in turn a part of the International Covenant House organization, the largest privately funded agency in the Americas serving these youth.
